Dispatch Of Your Goods

Following receipt of your order your goods will be picked and packaged ready for dispatch. This process takes 24 - 48 hours depending on type and number of goods ordered. Once this process is complete, your goods will be dispatched immediately. You can expect delivery of your goods in just 3 - 4 days! On especially busy periods, like national holidays and nearer Christmas time, your goods may take 7 - 10 days to arrive, so please bear this in mind when ordering to ensure your goods arrive in time. Likewise, goods may take a little longer to arrive if ordered on weekends or around Bank Holidays.

Our Returns Policy

Once you have received your goods, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period afforded to you by the Distance Selling Regulations. If in this time you decide you no longer require the goods, you must first inform us within the 7 day period and then arrangements can be made for you to return the goods to us. Please note, that any goods returned to us which fall in to the category of this 7 day cooling off period, must be returned to us unused, unopened and sealed (where applicable) using a recorded or registered delivery service and at your own expense.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are different from those ordered or if there is a problem with your goods, you must inform us immediately upon receipt and arrangements will be made for the goods to be returned to us. Following the receipt of the returned goods, we can then arrange to send out a replacement item/s to you, or, if you prefer, a full refund can be processed. In instances such as these, the costs incurred for returning the item/s to us will be fully reimbursed to you.
